We're underway an exciting new project, a multi-generational, ground-up home in Medford, MA. Why "PacMan? Because of the sectional diagram of the house, which resembles the hungry guy! The "PacMan" portion of the house is the main living space, for a family of three that often hosts family gatherings and extended visits from family. The "food" portion of the house is a separate "mom unit," which is fully accessible and filled with details to support aging in place.
With high standards for indoor air quality, material safety, and construction techniques that support creating a healthy building this very special project represents a continuing family legacy on a parcel of land that's been handed down to the next generation for stewardship and care.
