Converting an industrial basement into rehearsal space for 26 bands

This project is a fitout of the basement of an existing warehouse in Allston, MA, to provide space for musicians, bands, and other noisy creative types to rehearse, record, and collaborate in rentable studios.

Runcible Studios was tasked with fitting as many studios as possible in a series of basements and former underground parking space, combining smart space planning with a scrappy, fun sense of what musicians want from a rehearsal space.
